The HEALTHTECH VALLEY website (hereinafter: “the Site”) is the property of Eurasanté, a GIE (Economic Interest Grouping) with a capital of €867,000, whose registered office is located at 70 Rue du Docteur Yersin – 59120 Loos – France, registered with the Lille Trade and Companies Register under number 409 044 203, subject to VAT under number FR74409044203.

The User acknowledges having read this legal notice and agrees to comply with it. They acknowledge being fully informed that their consent regarding the content of these terms does not require a handwritten signature, but results solely from their access to the Site.
Intellectual property: the general structure, as well as the software, texts, images, logos, trademarks, videos, sounds, know-how, and all other elements of the Site are the exclusive property of Eurasanté or its partners.
Any total or partial representation of the Site, without the express authorization of the operator, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
This legal notice does not involve any transfer of intellectual property rights on elements belonging to Eurasanté, nor on the sounds, videos, photographs, images, texts, works, software, trademarks, graphic charters, or logos for the benefit of the User. Any use not expressly authorized by Eurasanté is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
With the exception of trademarks, logos, and other protected content, Users may reuse the Site’s content for non-commercial purposes, provided they explicitly cite the source and include a link to the Site.
Photographs are not royalty-free and may not be used without prior authorization from Eurasanté, which will then provide the credits to be displayed.
The logo was funded by the European Union.
Warranties: the Site and its content are provided “as is”, without any warranty, particularly regarding their future performance. Eurasanté excludes, within the limits of the law, all warranties.
In particular, Eurasanté does not guarantee that the Site will be permanently accessible, error-free, and/or free of defects. Access to the Site may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance operations or in cases of force majeure.
The temporary or permanent unavailability of the Site shall not give rise to any compensation.
Eurasanté does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information published, nor its updating.
