Spatial Omics (2nd edition)

About the event

Spatial omics is a rapidly expanding field that allows researchers to study spatial patterns of gene and protein expression within tissues. By highlighting how cells interact in their natural environment, these technologies help map disease progression, immune infiltration, and treatment responses.

During this second edition, leading scientists from academia and industry will present the latest advances in spatial resolution molecular biology. This year’s program is organized into two tracks.

  • The “unimodal” track will highlight innovations in single-modality spatial technologies, such as spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics.
  • The “multimodal” track will explore integrative strategies combining multiple spatial omics modalities.

Sessions will cover computational methods, methodological advances, and biological applications, providing insight into how these technologies are optimized and deployed to reveal spatial patterns within tissues and foster new discoveries in complex biological systems.
